He handles the full care of both the engine and deck, carrying out regular inspections, maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting whenever needed. Strong emphasis is placed on safety, reliability, and proper operation, ensuring the boat is always in excellent condition and ready for use, providing a comfortable and worry-free experience at sea for visitors. Paris is a professional chef. He master both Greek and International cuisines, He is experienced in demanding high-standard hospitality environments, such as Hotels, combining excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to guest service. Raised in a family with a strong culinary tradition, Paris has trained alongside an experienced executive chef, he has developed a strong foundation in menu creation, high-level of expertise in cooking and kitchen management. His passion for the sea won him over to m/y Dream where his goal is to provide a unique gastronomic experience tailored to the needs and preferences of each guest. Ioannis is the junior of the team. Hardworking, with just two years of experience in the field of marine supplies and boat servicing.
