Cj grew up in a small town on the West Coast of South Africa named Langebaan. Since he remembers Cj's always been out at sea with his father and his friends, catching fish, diving, surfing and sailing the West Coast and around Cape Town. From a young age Cj was taught about the ocean and the beauty of it, in some ways it has become an addiction of his to spend everyday out at sea, this is where his career in the yachting industry started. 

Cj has been in the industry since 2021 and has had the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in different departments of the industry having currently travelled over 40k nautical miles at sea. 

While travelling throughout the Mediterranean, Cj met Tilley, and the two quickly fell in love. Since then, they have been fortunate to share both their lives and careers together, working side by side onboard. Cj loves creating unforgettable experiences for guests, guiding them on the water and teaching them the beauty of the ocean.

Growing up in the waterfront city of Portsmouth on the South Coast of England, Tilley has always felt a pull to the water. From an early age she spent countless weekends sailing with her father, exploring the coastline. As Tilley grew older her love for the ocean continued through kayaking, paddle boarding and any opportunity to be on the water.

Growing up with a chef mother, Tilley spent a lot of her childhood in the kitchen, learning that great food is about bringing people together and creating memories. Those early moments inspired Tilley's love for cooking and today she enjoys creating fresh, flavourful dishes using local ingredients.

Yachting has allowed Tilley to combine her two greatest passions - the ocean and cooking. Every charter gives her the opportunity to create personalised menus, discover new cuisines and try ingredients from around the world; making each meal a memorable part of every guests' holiday.

Another highlight of yachting for Tilley is getting to meet new people from all around the globe, including her other half Cj, the pair met in Cyprus in February 2023 and have been working together since. Together, they love creating the best vacations for their guests, and can’t wait to do the same for you!

Rosie is originally from Dorset on the South Coast of the UK. Having grown up by the sea, she's always had a passion for the ocean and started sailing at 15. Over the past year, Rosie has been travelling and working in Australia, following two seasons aboard a 50m Superyacht cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean with charter guests. Rosie loves to interact with new people, explore new places, and creating unforgettable experiences on the water. She looks forward to welcoming you on board where her attentive service and thoughtful care will help make your time on board truly special.
