Captain Will holds an MCA/RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (200gt, commercially endorsed), with extensive experience across crewed charter operations, offshore deliveries, and technical refit projects. 

He has worked in both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, giving him a familiarity with varied cruising styles and the expectations of new and experienced charter guests.
 

His approach to charter is hyper-attention, with a focus on creating experiences that feel personal and unhurried. Repeat bookings and strong broker relationships reflect the standard he consistently delivers.

As a qualified kitesurf and dinghy instructor as well as PADI Advanced Diver, he brings real enthusiasm to the activities programme onboard.

Ben is a qualified RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with 5,000+ nautical miles logged across offshore deliveries and active Caribbean charter seasons. His presence aboard MANE ET NOCTE as First Mate means the yacht carries a fully certified second captain, bringing a meaningful level of additional safety and confidence to
every passage.
 

This dual-qualified setup has practical benefits throughout the charter. Such that night watches are managed with genuine competence at the helm, offshore legs can be shared without compromise on oversight, and guests can rest assured that qualified leadership is maintained around the clock.
 

Ben is a capable deck operator, at ease with all aspects of anchoring, mooring, sail handling and tender operations. His hands-on technical ability across engines, electrical, and plumbing systems makes him a strong complement to the captain’s technical background. His years of professional hospitality experience ashore add warmth and polish to the guest-facing side of the operation.

Milou is a Dutch yacht chef with a genuine passion for creative, flavour-led cooking and a strong
foundation across both professional kitchens and charter yachts. Restaurant-trained and STCW certified, she completed her Superyacht Advanced Cookery course with Galley Gang in 2025.
 

She has served as chef on Bali and Fountaine Pajot catamarans throughout recent seasons, building a reputation for high-quality food and warm, attentive service that has contributed directly to repeat bookings and strong guest reviews. Her cooking draws on broad culinary influences, with a focus on presentation, nutrition and flavour working in harmony. 

Milou is as comfortable managing full provisioning and meal planning as she is adapting on the fly to guest preferences, dietary needs and the rhythm of life on charter. Her background in events, hospitality management and private catering brings an additional layer of organisation and polish to the guest experience onboard.

Robyn brings a structured, guest-aware approach shaped by superyacht training and luxury hospitality experience, including service at the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar at Harrods in London. She delivers precise service in fast-paced environments, maintaining consistency and discretion throughout.
 

Her superyacht training is evident in the detail of her work. From silver service and table styling to laundry care and provisioning, interiors are maintained methodically, with a clear understanding of expected standards.
 

Robyn’s background as a private nanny adds a practical layer to her service style. She is attentive, patient, and well-organised, particularly strong with families onboard, balancing a warm manner with clear awareness of routine and boundaries.
 

Her Level 3 massage therapy qualification allows her to offer tailored onboard treatments, adding a discreet wellness element that guests can enjoy in complete privacy.
