Best Ever - Chef Cassie Review

We had an absolutely fabulous time. 
Cassie's gluten free cuisine was the best we've ever had. My daughter Stella, who has celiac disease, commented that this was the first time since she was diagnosed that she could sit down for every meal and not have to strategize around what she could or could not eat.
The food was amazing!

Truly Exceptional - Chef Cassie Review

Chef Cassie is truly exceptional. She has a mastery of flavor and an incredible ability to pull inspiration from everywhere she goes, then innovate and iterate it into something distinctly her own. Every meal felt inventive, thoughtful, and completely unexpected in the best way. And somehow, even the “snacks” were world-class. they were essentially beautifully composed appetizer feasts before dinner, and often some of the most memorable bites of the trip. She wowed us every single day. I would book Cassie 100 times out of 100. In fact, I'm not sure I ever want to charter a yacht without her again.
 

Top Notch

As a mom with kids away at college, family that's spread out all over, I'm always looking for ways we can make more memories with the precious little time I get to see them. I can't express enough my gratitude for giving us the best vacation yet! 
Everything you did for us was top notch and exceeded our expectations. 
From the comfort of the boat, to the insanely delicious food, the special daily cocktails & service always with a smile, to the fun sailing & water adventures - This was our best charter yet!
