Classic French crepe with an egg cooked on top with syrup and cinnamon powdered sugar or a choice of classic French toast served with a drizzle or maple and bananas. Served with a side of hashbrowns

What An Amazing Week!

Now, what an amazing week that you both created for our family! From snorkeling everyday to the Baths, the beaches and wakeboarding, it was fun for everyone.

The absolute best was all of Janey’s amazing cooking! Wow, she is a special chef who also keeps her cool in the kitchen. The things she made in such a tiny space put our home cooking to shame!

We will miss being so well cared for as Captain Murray literally always said “yes” to anything we asked and got the kids to try new adventures in the caves and more.

We chartered the Starry Night and had an unbelievable experience. Captain Murray and Chef Tiggs were incredible — always surprising us and anticipating our every need. It truly was a vacation of a lifetime.

The only thing that could have been improved were the bed pillows — but honestly, that’s a very small detail compared to how amazing everything else was.

We are a family of four that includes two mid twenties daughters and each said it was the best vacation ever.
Starry Night was the perfect vessel as each daughter had their own berth and we had a rock star crew of Tiggie and Capt Murray. Somehow they seamlessly blended in with our family while serving our every need.
Tiggie managed to amaze us with her cooking skills always working with a smile.
Capt Murray had things under control the entire trip. The boat was great, but the crew was the straw that stirred the drink.

Man what a fun 5 nights. You guys worked so hard to give us a fun adventure — and we got it! Murray — you are such a fun dude, felt like I was with my cousin just hanging out & sailing. Hearing your story was such a gift.
