Raised on New Zealand's east coast, she has always been drawn to the ocean and the sense of freedom that comes with exploring it. From coastal cruising and yacht deliveries to living aboard while sailing through the Caribbean and Pacific, Jess has built a life around adventure, discovering new places, and embracing whatever the next horizon brings.
Her experience at sea has shaped her into a versatile and capable crew member, equally at home assisting with deck operations as she is creating a warm and welcoming guest experience. Adaptable, proactive, and quietly dependable, Jess approaches every day with enthusiasm and a willingness to help wherever needed.
What guests often notice first, however, is her positive energy. Naturally outgoing and genuinely personable, she has an effortless way of making people feel comfortable and at ease. Whether helping guests discover a hidden snorkeling spot, sharing stories from her travels, or simply ensuring every detail is taken care of, Jess brings a sense of ease and authenticity to life onboard.

Adventure has never been something to chase for Ruby. It's simply the way she's always lived.
Although she grew up in London, her heart was rarely in the city. From a young age, she was drawn to the outdoors, constantly seeking new challenges, experiences, and opportunities to explore beyond the familiar. That curiosity eventually led her to the sea, where she found the perfect combination of adventure, connection, and freedom.
Sport has been a defining part of Ruby's life and has shaped much of who she is today. Having competed at county and national level across multiple disciplines, she developed the determination, resilience, and team mentality that she now brings to life onboard. Whether climbing mountains, tackling endurance challenges, or taking on the UK's Three Peaks, Ruby thrives when pushing herself beyond her comfort zone and embracing the next challenge.
What truly sets Ruby apart is her ability to inspire the same enthusiasm in others.
With a background in tennis coaching, personal training, and working closely with children, she has a natural gift for connecting with people of all ages. Her energy is contagious, her encouragement genuine, and her positive outlook impossible not to be swept up in. Growing up within a national park on Australia's east coast gave him a lifelong connection to the ocean and a curiosity for adventure that has guided every chapter of his life. After a decade in London, he traded the pace of the city for a life outdoors, first as an advanced terrain ski guide and later pursuing his true calling at sea.
Today, Max combines his adventurous spirit with an unconditional commitment to guest experience. Calm, attentive, and deeply personable, he approaches every charter with a simple philosophy: people come first.
What guests quickly discover is that Max possesses a rare kind of authenticity. He is deeply invested in the happiness of those around him and approaches every charter with wholehearted commitment. Trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and qualified as a nutritionist, Sophie brings a thoughtful balance of indulgence and wellbeing to every charter. Before taking her talents to sea, she worked in high-end luxury villas throughout the Mediterranean, refining her craft and developing a deep appreciation for fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Her cooking celebrates the regions she explores, transforming seasonal produce into vibrant, flavour-driven dishes that are as beautiful as they are memorable.
But Sophie's role onboard extends far beyond the galley.
A certified 200-hour yoga instructor, she combines her love of food, movement, and wellness to create an atmosphere where guests can truly switch off and reconnect. Whether guiding a sunrise flow on the beach, hosting a sunset session on the flybridge, or simply crafting the perfect nourishing meal after a day of adventure, Sophie has a natural ability to make people feel cared for, comfortable, and completely at ease.

Entre 4 is a stunning new for 2025 80 foot Sunreef. The crew are exceptional. We have charted many boats and this crew are outstanding. They took note immediately of our preferences (we have vegetarians, non meat eaters, fish lovers, fussy kids etc!) in the family and everyone’s needs were catered for with a smile and genuine helpfulness. The chef prepared sensational food with amazing flavours from all around the world. The service is discreet yet friendly and the kids loved having the crew encourage them on all the water toys and supervise them on snorkelling trips which involved diving through some tunnels! We loved the scenery in the BVI and Captain always ensured we were anchored in a shelter and the most beautiful spots. Can recommend this boat and crew 💯

Chef you are an incredible chef. Storm and Emma you two are magical—there every and any time we need anything and you usually know what we need before we do!
