Meet our Crew
Captain William "Will" Mitchell
Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Captain Will grew up spending every summer on the water — fishing, swimming, and enjoying the ocean with friends. That early connection to the sea sparked a lifelong passion and a clear vision: to pursue a career in the maritime industry.
Seven years ago, Will discovered the world of yachting and hasn’t looked back. He began his journey aboard superyachts, working his way up from deckhand to bosun, and eventually earning his Master 200T license, which now allows him to captain yachts around the world. His experience spans the Mediterranean, the Pacific, and even a year at the helm of a Lamborghini yacht in Dubai — all of which have deepened his expertise in navigation, vessel care, and guest service.
Throughout his career, Will has operated a wide range of vessels and worked with people from all walks of life. His favorite part of chartering is meeting new guests, sharing stories, and helping create unforgettable memories on the water.
Off the yacht, Will is a sports enthusiast who enjoys time at the beach and a good local beer. Friendly, professional, and approachable, he brings a fun-loving nature paired with a strong sense of responsibility. Guests can count on him to maintain the yacht to the highest standards while ensuring every charter is as safe, relaxed, and enjoyable as possible.
Chef Rochelle Hibbers
Chef Rochelle is a seasoned yacht chef with hands-on experience across all aspects of onboard life, understanding that even the smallest details can elevate a guest’s time on the water. Her passion for cooking began early, experimenting with flavors, recipes, and techniques alongside her family — a love that comes naturally and continues to shape her culinary journey.
Guided by seasonality, local ingredients, and a flair for beautifully balanced meals, Rochelle creates dishes thoughtfully designed to complement life at sea. From vibrant beachside lunches and elegant sunset canapés to comforting late-night bites after a day of adventure, every plate is crafted with intention and heart.
Rochelle draws inspiration from the destinations she visits, combining international flavors with locally sourced produce from both land and ocean. Whether the preference is light and healthy, indulgent and celebratory, or somewhere in between, she takes great pride in tailoring every meal to her guests’ tastes — always accommodating special requests and dietary preferences with ease.
Her love for the ocean extends beyond the galley. Rochelle has practiced Pilates for the past two years and offers sunrise sessions to any early birds on board — a rejuvenating way to start the day surrounded by calm water and fresh air. When she’s not cooking, you’ll likely find her outdoors: camping, fishing, golfing, snorkeling, or soaking up beach time with her dogs.
With a background in professional photography, Rochelle brings a keen eye for detail to everything she does — from beautifully plated meals to the welcoming atmosphere she creates on board. She believes the best dining experiences embody laid-back luxury: thoughtful, elegant, and unpretentious.
Grateful to live and work in such an inspiring environment, Rochelle gives 100% to every charter. Her goal is always the same — to help guests feel completely at ease, well cared for, and free to relax while everything is taken care of. She looks forward to sharing her passion, creating unforgettable meals, and helping make every charter feel like home.
