CHARTER RATES ARK NOBLE
1 May – 1 Sept: 60,000 USD/week *ALL-INCLUSIVE + 17% TGST + 15% APA
1 Sept – 1 May: 70,000 USD/week *ALL-INCLUSIVE + 17% TGST + 15% APA 
X-mas, NY and Easter: 80,000 USD/week *ALL-INCLUSIVE + 17% TGST + 15% APA 

--> Daily charters are possible on request and at the rate of 10,000 USD/day + 17% TGST + 15% APA

- It is the responsibility of the Charterer to ensure that he and his guests hold current valid visas for all countries visited during the charter.
- The Broker confirms that due diligence checks on the Client have been conducted, as mandated by applicable laws, and that said checks have been found compliant with AML regulations. 
At Stakeholder’s first request, the Broker undertakes to share with the Stakeholder the due diligence documents gathered from the Client.
- It is highly recommended that the Charterer has Personal Travel Insurance, Cancellation, Curtailment Insurance, Charter’s Liability Insurance, Diving insurance,... A diving insurance (DAN) is obliged and can be obtained on board for a daily fee of around 20 USD per person.
- In case of diving or operating any water sports, a waiver has to be signed by the guests on board.
- Use of personal watercraft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate licence and meeting with local operating regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at the operator's risk. 
- Children are to be under direct supervision of an adult member of the charter party at all times.
- Diving is included in the charter fee and under the supervision of certified professional dive master.
- Contrary to clause 8 of this agreement, charter fee is on an All-Inclusive basis. All extra expenses and outstanding amounts have to be settled by the charterer directly with the Captain in cash prior to disembarkation.
- Smoking is permitted on outside decks only.
-Embarkation time is 12:00 hrs, Disembarkation is at 12:00 hrs. For early embarkation and late disembarkation, please check with details at the time of the booking. Depending on the embarkation/disembarkation time, charges may apply
-The maximum number of guests is 20, to be occupied in 2 Ocean View Suites , 1 Junior suite ,3 Double Rooms & 4 Twin Rooms
-PADI Dive Courses – we request that guests who wish to have a dive course conducted, to inform at the time of the reservation.  All diving guests are offered a maximum of 3 dives per day, with an additional night dive per week. Certified Divers may only participate diving and are required to show their license cards for registration. A PADI certified English speaking Diving Instructor/Dive Master, will guide all dives. Skipping any dives does not entitle for any refunds.
- Ark Noble will offer the itinerary and it will cover the sailing of two adjacent atolls on a week’s cruise, making available the activities listed under ‘Complimentary Services’. The itinerary will also be made available to the guests before embarkation. The Captain reserves the right to change the itinerary depending on prevailing weather conditions
- On Surfing Charters, diving is not available, and the vessel will sail routes to Maldives’ highly renowned surf breaks and guests will be offered daily surfing opportunities. All services and activities listed under ‘Complimentary Services’ will also be available on Surf Cruises. Guests are requested to bring in their own gear for surfing. For surf gear hire, requests shall be made at the time of the reservation.
- All funds are to be received in full on the stakeholder’s account. Any bank charges will be reduced from the APA.
- Contrary to clause 8 of this agreement, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is included in the charter fee, as outlined in the ‘Inclusive Beverage Menu’. Any other beverages are not included and must be paid for according to the prices listed in the ‘Non-Inclusive Beverage Menu’. Additionally, contrary to clause 8, ARK NOBLE is offering an ALL-INCLUSIVE Rate, which includes the following:

*INCLUSIVE IN CHARTER
- All Accommodation on the vessel 
- Full board Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Unlimited Soft Drinks 
- Selective alcoholic drinks and wines during meal times
- Fresh juices & smoothies only during breakfast
- 3 Dives a day + 1 night dive per week (all equipment like Air Filled Tanks, Weights, Mask, Snorkel and Fins provided)
- Services of a qualified, experience English speaking PADI Dive Instructor
- Sightseeing Visit to Inhabited Rural Island – As per guest preference.
- 1 x Special Barbecue Dinner on Sand Bank or Virgin Island (weather permitting).
- Snorkeling sessions guided by experienced dive master 
- Unlimited water sports (Jet Ski, kayaks, knee boarding ,…)
- Cinema, Karaoke in main lounge and outdoor lobby, Sony Playstation & Card games
- Music and Movies Library at each Tv ,Karaoke songs, Netflix.
- Wifi (where available)
- Laundry and Pressing Services
- Fuel for Best of Maldives (North & South Malé-, Vaavu-, Ari Atoll)

COMPLIMENTARIES
All passengers to ARK NOBLE charter cruise are entitled for the following services on complimentary basis;
- Meeting & Greeting services at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (Male’ Airport).
- Speedboat transfers from Male Airport to ARK NOBLE and return from Start and End of the Trip. 
- Unlimited bottles of water per cabin will be provided daily
- Welcome Drinks on Arrival 
- Honeymoon and Birthday specials (Romantic room setup, cake and champagne)

*NON-INCLUSIVE CHARGEABLE SERVICES
- International Telephone calls (IDD telephone at each stateroom, Facsimile)
- Fine wines & Champagnes
- Other alcoholic brands 
- Juices or cocktails
- Green tax of 12 USD per person per night
- Service charge of 10%
- Nitrox Dive (only for certified Nitrox divers)
- Store Boutique – Cosmetics, Souvenirs and Jewellery.
- Masseuse (Rate on request – max. 5 hrs of massage per day)
- Yoga Teacher on request (Rate on request - including gear)
- Surf Guide on request (Rate on request - including gear)
- PADI Dive courses on request (Rate on request)
- Sports Fishing/Game Fishing, Casting (conducted from the Dive Tender).
- Fuel for additional Atolls other than the ‘Best of Maldives’
- Marine biologist guide for local marine life expedition on request (500USD/day)
