CHARTER RATES FOR 2026/2027
1. Low rate from  1st of May to 27th of June / From 5th of September = 49.600,00 € (Croatian VAT of 13% is included)
2. High rate from 27th of June - 5th of September = 54.600,00 € (Croatian VAT of 13% is included)

Home port: Trogir(or if different is agreed)
Emberkation: Saturday at 17:00 h
Disembarkation: Saturday at 09:00 h

INCLUDED IN CHARTER RATE:
- Croatina 13% VAT 
- Accommodation on board
- Crew consisting of: Captain, Chef, Assistant Chef, 1 Waiter, 2 Deckhands, Room Made 
- Crew service, including a daily cabin cleaning service and towel change 
- Fuel for cruising 4 hours/day 
- Daily fresh fruit 
- Wi-Fi

NOT INCLUDED IN CHARTER RATE:
- Food & drink options
- Private marine fees
- Tickets for national parks

- Port Fee - 50,00 € per person - OBLIGATORY

FOOD OPTIONS:
- Half board (breakfast, lunch) + 1 Captain's dinner: 450€ per person/week
- Extra meal - 50 € per person

DRINK/BEVERAGES OPTIONS:
- All-inclusive non-alcoholic package; Water, tea, coffee, juices: 180 € per person/week 
- All inclusive domestic package -  330 € per person/week (coffee, tea, juices, water) - Wine (Sauvignon Blanc Brid, Trnjak Brid, Žlahtina Gospoja, Rose Miličić, Subrian Miličić, Rukatac Miličić, Mali plavac Miličić) - Draft beer, Heineken non-alcoholic - Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, Hugo - Rum (Havana), Vodka (Smirnoff), Johnny Walker Red Label, Gin (Beefeater, Bombay), liquors (honey, cherry, walnut)
- If the drinks package is not preferred, beverages could be paid according to consumption by the bar price list

Terms of payment:
50% at booking confirmation, and the balance 6 weeks before charter commencement.

***Tipping the crew for good service is entirely at your discretion. The usual amount is around 10-15% of the charter fee and is typically given to the captain for distribution, though you may also tip crew members individually if you prefer.

CANCELATION POLICY  is in accordance with the contract.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure circumstances, such as war, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or any other events beyond the reasonable control of the contracting parties, which prevent the charter from taking place at the agreed time, the reservation shall not be cancelled with loss of the funds paid.

All payments made will be retained as credit and may be applied toward a new charter date once the situation has stabilized. The new date will be agreed upon mutually by both parties, subject to availability.

Both parties will make reasonable efforts, in good faith, to arrange a suitable alternative date under similar conditions.


If the charter has to be cancelled due to force majeure, the refund categories are as follows:
1 year before start charter                 -100% back from deposit;
10 months before start charter         -70% back from deposit;
8 months before start charter           -50% back from deposit;
6 months before start charter           -30% back from deposit;
4 months before start charter           -10% back from deposit;
2 months before start charter           -0% back from deposit.
