Exterior Photo M/Y Elena has undergone a refit in 2023 as follows - New carpets in salon and cabins- new upholstery on the sofas in the saloon and the sofa in the Master cabin. New cushions for the upper exterior saloon. New bed covers for all cabins - New photos will be available in May 2023.

Charter rates 2026: Charter rates: High Season 30.000/week plus VAT 13% plus APA Euro:14.000,00 Low Season 26.000/week plus VAT 13% plus A.P.A Euro:14.000,00 High Season:01st July 2026 - 15th September 2026 Low Season: Rest months *VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. EXTRA Operational Expenses referring as APA* will be approx. Euro15.000,00 for M/Y Elena. (*A.P.A.=ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE is the amount intended to cover initial operational expenses for fuel, food supplies and any other incidental expenses which are described in detail hereunder) The APA is not to be considered as a final estimation of the yachts expenses as this depends on the itinerary, the fuel price at the time of charter and the provisioning. The APA is to be considered an initial amount sent to cover initial expenses such as listed below. Fuel consumption for running the engine and the generator (depending on fuel rate and cruising hours) Gasoline and lubricants for the use of the tender Food - Drinks and spirits as per super market receipts Marinas' fees Agent/Marina fees abroad (if applicable) Gratuities to the crew is customary (10%-15% of the charter rate) and it always depends on the clients’ satisfaction. APA PROCEDURE For the operational expenses clients should pay, prior to embarkation the amount of the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) (fuel for the engine and gasoline for the use of the tender & water toys, food, drinks, delivery, redelivery fees, Corinth Canal Fees if crossed etc). The amount will be handed over to the Captain in order to supply the yacht with provisions, prior to clients' arrival and cover expenses, which will be paid by the Captain during the charter. Final calculations will be made at the end of the charter, with as many supporting receipts and invoices as possible. In case the already given amount appears to be insufficient, the Captain or Broker will advise the client accordingly in order to settle the balance of the expenses. In the contrary case, client will be refunded with any remaining balance. Note:Due to the current situation with fuel prices rising please inform guests that the 40% APA will not be enough to cover all expenses during the charter. REFIT 2023: -New carpets in salon and all cabins -New bed spreads for all the beds -New upholstery on sofas in salon -New sofa in the master cabin -New exterior sofa on upper deck exterior saloon -New teak deck chairs for exterior table on the lower deck -New sundbeds for upper deck -Newly restored tender with new 2024 70hp outboard engine -New blutooth and usb music stations installed in 5 cabins -New matresses in Master cabin and two twin cabins replaced in 2024 Both HYBA and MYBA contracts are accepted .

We had the best time with this top class crew of Captain Apostolis. Every member of his team must surely be handpicked. Nothing was too much trouble for this team, always anticipating the needs of the guests. One could sail all the Aegean, Mediterranean & Ionian seas and not find a better crew to show visitors the beauty of the Greek islands .
We had the best time on this yacht, made extra special by the people who took care of us , and take away memories that will last a lifetime. The smiles on our faces will remain for the next few weeks.

Grab the moment! We would have missed a memorable experience if we had said "no" to Jan & Peter's invitation to join them on this beautiful boat ,built with care love and perfection by Captain Tolis. He and his crew have taken such care to make the 6 days the best possible with special islands to visit, swims in balmy waters, delicious meals and wine, wine wine!
