Patrice is an experienced Captain with a strong background on both sailing and motor yachts, including large catamarans. He has extensive cruising experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic, and Indian Ocean, and has completed multiple Atlantic crossings. His career includes command of private and charter yachts, as well as significant refit, delivery, and technical project management experience, supported by a solid engineering background.
Job Description
Patrice is responsible for navigation, safety, and the overall operation of the vessel, including crew management, maintenance, refits, and ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations. He manages owner and guest experience, charter operations, and oversees technical systems to ensure safe and efficient yacht performance.

First Mate – Camille Lefevre – French
Sail and Work Experience
Camille is a highly experienced sailor with a strong background as skipper, cook, and deckhand on a wide range of sailing yachts, particularly catamarans. She has extensive experience in charter and private cruising, notably across French Polynesia, the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Atlantic, including multiple transatlantic crossings and deliveries. Over several years, she has held long-term roles running charter programmes, as well as undertaking freelance positions covering deliveries, charters, and owner trips, demonstrating versatility across deck, interior, and galley responsibilities.
Job Description
Camille supports the Captain in all aspects of vessel operation, including navigation, deck operations, maintenance, and crew supervision. She assists with passage planning, safety procedures, and ensures smooth day-to-day running of the yacht, while also contributing to guest experience and team coordination.

Deck/Stew – Rachael Olsen – South African
Sail and Work Experience
Rachael is an energetic and hardworking Deck/Stew with a strong foundation in service, hospitality, and hands-on practical work. While new to the yachting industry, she brings transferable experience from roles in bartending, front-of-house service, and administration, alongside physically demanding work in farm and construction management. She is confident handling both interior and exterior duties, with strong attention to detail, team spirit, and a proactive attitude suited to busy yacht environments.
Job Description
Rachael supports both the deck and interior departments, assisting with exterior maintenance, cleaning, tender operations, and water sports, while also contributing to housekeeping, service, and guest care. She ensures high standards are maintained throughout the vessel and provides a professional and positive guest experience.

Chef – Lisa-Marie Garcia – French
Sail and Work Experience
Lisa-Marie is a versatile chef with a strong background in high-end hospitality, including private chef work, restaurants, and seasonal roles. Most recently, she worked as a private chef for a 17-guest household, handling menu planning and tailored dietary requirements such as vegan cuisine. Her experience also includes roles as Cheffe de Partie in a busy 4* hotel in Saint-Tropez, as well as restaurant and service positions, giving her a well-rounded skillset across cooking, service, and guest interaction.

Lisa-Marie is responsible for all aspects of the galley, including menu planning, provisioning, and preparing high-quality meals tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements. She ensures the highest standards of hygiene and organisation, while also assisting with service and contributing to an exceptional onboard guest experience.
