Private Overnight Charter Experience Bru Sea’s multi-day charters are offered as a fully private overnight yachting experience, allowing guests to enjoy not only beautiful daytime cruising, but also a relaxed and enjoyable private overnight charter experience in The Bahamas, ideal for guests seeking the comfort of sleeping aboard while exploring the beautiful waters around Nassau, Paradise Island, and beyond. Overnight Charter Rates • 2 days / 1 night — $13,118 • 3 days / 2 nights — $19,802 • 4 days / 3 nights — $24,986 • 5 days / 4 nights — $29,670 • 6 days / 5 nights — $34,104 • 7 days / 6 nights — $38,038 • 8 days / 7 nights — $41,472 The charter rate includes: • Private use of the yacht • Captain • Freelance chef • Onboard accommodations for 6 guests (3 ensuite cabins) • A charter experience tailored to the guests’ preferred pace and itinerary • Provisioning coordination and advance shopping arrangements Additional Costs • Bahamas taxes of 14% • APA of 25% to 35%, depending on guest count and charter style • Crew gratuity, customarily 15% to 20% of the base charter fee • Any premium or guest-specific requests beyond the yacht’s standard charter arrangement • Relocation or repositioning costs, where applicable APA Covers The APA is the Advance Provisioning Allowance collected in addition to the charter fee to cover the variable operating expenses of the trip. The APA generally covers: • Food and meal provisioning • Alcohol, soft drinks, and other beverages • Fuel • Dockage and marina fees, if applicable • Shore power, when applicable • Ice and other onboard consumables • Guest-requested incidental purchases and special requests Anchoring, Marina Stays & Relocation Week-long itineraries are generally planned around overnight anchoring, weather and sea conditions permitting, and do not ordinarily include marina stays unless they have been specifically requested in advance. If guests would prefer to incorporate marinas into the itinerary, this can certainly be reviewed during the planning process. Please note that dockage, marina fees, shore power, and related port expenses are charged against the APA. Relocation or repositioning requests are additional and may only be considered for charters exceeding five days, subject to operational feasibility, prevailing marine conditions, and the yacht’s existing schedule. Because marine conditions and operational needs can vary, anchoring is often the most natural and efficient arrangement for multi-night charters unless guests specifically request otherwise. Crew Gratuity Crew gratuity is additional and is customarily 15% to 20% of the base charter fee, offered at the guests’ discretion at the conclusion of the charter based on the level of service received. Transitioning from the Coast Guard to the yacht charter industry, Captain Tario has spent the past decade perfecting his craft. He has completed over 150 charters on various power and sailing vessels up to 100 feet in length, showcasing his expertise and dedication to providing exceptional experiences. He now holds a 200-ton rated captain's ticket with the Bahamian government.
