PLUS 10 is a Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 sailing catamaran designed for elevated space, style, and Virgin Islands adventure. Her hard-covered flybridge—the largest in its class—features plush daybeds and a full lounge for panoramic views from sunrise through stargazing. Forward, sunken seating and the trampoline create another inviting place to unwind, while the aft lounge offers a teak dining table for 8 and effortless alfresco meals.
Welcoming a maximum of 8 guests, PLUS 10 offers 5 queen cabins, each with a private ensuite and individually controlled A/C. Inside, the spa-like interior includes a drop-down TV and sleek bar for relaxed evenings onboard. Water toys and a capable tender add plenty of ways to explore between anchorages. Captain Matija Pavlovic
Growing up in Zagreb, Croatia, Captain Matija Pavlovic developed a love for the sea at an early age while sailing with his father. Although he wasn't raised on the coast, the water quickly became his second home. Before pursuing a career in yachting, Matija spent 13 years as a professional athlete, where he developed the discipline, resilience, teamwork, and attention to detail that continue to define his leadership on board today.
Over the past decade, Matija has built an impressive career at sea, spending seven years cruising the Mediterranean before expanding his experience throughout the Caribbean over the past three years. Working with guests from around the world has allowed him to refine his approach to chartering, combining professionalism with genuine hospitality to create safe, seamless, and personalized experiences.
From planning customized itineraries and navigating spectacular anchorages to ensuring every aspect of yacht operations runs smoothly, Matija is dedicated to making every charter both relaxing and unforgettable. His extensive knowledge of yacht operations, passage planning, safety, and guest service allows guests to fully unwind while enjoying everything their destination has to offer.
Away from the helm, Matija enjoys staying active, exploring new destinations, and continually expanding his knowledge both on and off the water. He believes the best charters are built on professionalism, authentic hospitality, and a shared love of the ocean—qualities he brings to every voyage.
Chef Nella Cvijanovic
Driven by a passion for culture, adventure, and bringing people together, Chef Nella Cvijanovic has built a culinary career centered on exploration and hospitality. Originally from Serbia, she moved to Switzerland after earning her degree, embracing the opportunity to experience a new culture while expanding her professional and personal horizons.
While living in Switzerland, Nella worked in restaurants and as an au pair before stepping into a host and chef role with Quarterdeck. It was there that she refined the hospitality skills, adaptability, and confidence that naturally led her into the world of yacht charters.
Over the past four years, Nella has cooked aboard sailing yachts throughout Europe, developing a reputation for beautifully presented cuisine, thoughtful menu planning, and attentive guest service. Dedicated to continually refining her craft, she further expanded her culinary expertise through the Božidarac Cookery School and the Anchor & Apron culinary program, where she focused on advanced techniques, presentation, and creative menu development.
More than simply a chef, Nella embraces every aspect of the charter experience. Whether serving as a first mate, local guide, gracious host, or simply someone guests enjoy spending time with, she takes pride in going above and beyond to ensure every charter is welcoming, memorable, and filled with exceptional food and genuine hospitality.

While the boat Tapas was as expected, the crew exceeded all expectations of our charter.
Our extended family—parents, our four adult sons, and two daughters-in-law, recently spent an unforgettable week aboard the yacht Tapas with Captain Matija Pavlović and MC, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had.
From the moment we stepped on board, Matija created a welcoming environment that made all eight of us feel instantly at home. Managing a group of varied ages and personalities isn’t always easy, but Matija balanced everyone’s interests with incredible ease, making each of us feel cared for and completely included.
His knowledge of the British Virgin Islands is outstanding. Every day brought a new highlight secluded beach, a spectacular snorkeling spot, or a perfectly timed sail between islands—each chosen with our family dynamics in mind. He orchestrated the itinerary so seamlessly that it felt like the islands were unfolding just for us.
Matija’s professionalism and mastery of seamanship were evident in everything he did. His calm, confident demeanor made us feel safe at all times, even in challenging winds or busy anchorages. Yet he pairs that competence with genuine warmth, humor, and a positive spirit that made even simple moments onboard feel special.
Whether he was helping the adventurous members of our family find the best places to explore, or giving space to those who wanted to relax and soak in the scenery, Matija always seemed to know exactly what each person needed. His ability to connect with everyone—parents, sons, and daughters-in-law alike—made the trip feel personal and perfectly tailored.
Our week with Captain Matija was truly one of the finest family vacations we’ve ever taken. If you’re considering a yacht charter in the British Virgin Islands, you couldn’t choose a better captain. He transforms a beautiful sailing trip into an extraordinary family memory.

Having the opportunity to bond like we’ve been able to on this trip is really because of you both! Watching Wake & Bella live their best lives over the last week has been a dream. Wake fishing until the wee hours, treasure hunt, learn to eFoil, & become our little captain – all you!!
Bella’s confidence has bloomed during this trip & enabled us to see our little girl in a whole new light. Watching her get up on that wakeboard made my heart explode. I think she may even have imprints from goggles that never fade. We sincerely can’t thank you enough!! This was everything our family needed! We’re leaving with new bonds with each other that I hope to maintain & strengthen as we go. Our family has taken an annual vacation for over 25 years and this was truly one of the best – if not the best – we’ve ever had. It was our first time on a charter catamaran and the experience exceeded every expectation.
We have such good things to say about David and Emily – from the moment we stepped onboard, you made us feel at home.
Emily- you’re amazing and we loved every one of your incredible meals, also you make theeee best painkillers in the world (better than that soggy dollar place).
David – we loved having you join our card games every night and always being so accommodating. By the end of the week you and Emily felt as another member of our family, and we are so grateful for that.

Had the best time tackling all of the water sports. Jealous of the life on the water and had the best screenless week. Meals were phenomenal and I’ll be dreaming of the snapper/coconut rice for many years to come.
