Bart loved the morning chats with Johnny; he made the best frozen drinks, always being a great host and just so friendly. Daryl made the best meals. As a family of 8 — some being picky — we all enjoyed every dish. Having an award-winning chef was a treat.

We had one of the best vacations ever with Captain Johnny & Chef Daryl! Johnny planned a perfect itinerary with a mix of snorkeling, hiking, beach stops and history, as well as some time to relax while sailing. Daryl’s food was second to none. He made an amazing variety of menus through the week and even included the tuna we caught in appetizers one day! Everything he made was delicious and we couldn’t wait for the next meal. Johnny was an excellent bartender and had his own special ingredients—we never had to ask for a beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Both Johnny & Daryl made this week a vacation we’ll always treasure and would do again!

I attempted this trip 35 years ago with a similar setting, but this was so much better!
It makes a difference when you go with people who know what they are doing and where to go! Johnny and Daryl exceeded our expectations!!

This has been a life-changing trip, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Captain Johnny & Chef Daryl. I really loved the travel itinerary and especially loved the mangroves, snorkeling spots; both Johnny & Daryl were knowledgeable and helped make this a unique and amazing experience. Additionally, I loved SCUBA diving and the Baths, both of which were trip highlights.
Chef Daryl made amazing food every meal, and I wish I could steal the recipes. Overall, this was a trip I will never forget.

P.S. would have loved to have more ice cream on board :)

What a fun trip! The highlight was definitely the food – I loved the daily surprise menu (allergy accommodating) complete with dessert!
I’ve found snorkeling slow in the past – but this trip included amazing spots with fish everywhere we looked. I loved climbing rocks in The Baths and the amazing scenery. Captain Johnny and Daryl were both amazing and really made this trip around our interests.
Thank y’all so much – I would absolutely stay another week if I could!!!

10/10 trip. Captain Johnny took us to the coolest places and was an amazing bartender. In addition, Chef Daryl made me what possibly might have been the best food of my life. I cannot say if I will get better.
