Xmas in July is an annual, family-friendly nautical celebration at Pond Bay, Virgin Gorda, hosted by Wally Castro Marine, Marcos Rivera, and the BVI Tourist Board. Known as one of the most anticipated boating weekends in the BVI, the event draws a huge flotilla—often welcoming the “PR Navy” from Puerto Rico alongside local boaters and visiting crews. Expect a lively beach party atmosphere with live music featuring bands from the BVI and Puerto Rico, local restaurants, plus plenty of food and drinks. Beyond the fun, Xmas in July also gives back—supporting nonprofit organizations and environmental conservation through initiatives tied to the event.
