VISAR’s Swim & SUP is an annual fundraising event hosted by Virgin Islands Search & Rescue (VISAR), bringing together residents and visitors for an inspiring day on the water. Participants can take on open-water swim distances (commonly 1-mile or 2-mile options) or join the 2.5-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race—welcoming a wide range of skill levels. Beyond the race itself, the event is known for its upbeat, community feel and the shared purpose behind it: helping VISAR continue providing critical emergency response services, including search & rescue and medical support for the BVI community
