Each vessel has a specific guest capacity. If your boat holds 8 guests, you can’t have more than 8 guests onboard at any given time. Simple, right? Stay within the limits for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

The captain and chefs will work tirelessly behind the scenes, both before and during your yacht charter, to ensure everything runs smoothly. They’ll stay in constant communication throughout the week to secure the best mooring and anchorages possible. While some of the more popular bays or anchorages may be full, they will do their best to get as close as possible. If one group wishes to go off for fishing or a longer sail, the crew will stay in the know and coordinate plans to ensure everyone can meet up at a designated destination. This way, no matter where the day takes you, everyone can enjoy a fantastic time together!

Each yacht group will fill out a preference sheet ahead of your charter, specific to the guests on your boat. This sheet will cover your food, drink, and activity preferences, as well as any dietary restrictions. You can also indicate whether you prefer a set schedule or a more flexible, go-with-the-flow approach. The chef will use these details to create a personalized menu for the guests staying on that boat. While everyone must sleep and dine on their own boats to comply with Coast Guard regulations, there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy meals together during your charter! You can dine at some incredible restaurants and bars in the BVI, many of which are only accessible by boat. Your crew will be happy to provide recommendations and handle reservations. For a more social experience, the crews can also organize a family-style beach picnic for the whole group, with each boat contributing a dish. It's a great way to enjoy a meal together while taking in the island atmosphere. Feel free to discuss these options with your crew—they’ll be happy to make arrangements to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience!

There’s no shortage of exciting ways to spend time together! Whether it’s relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, having paddleboard races, or floating behind the boats, there’s plenty of fun to be had. Your crew can also arrange for a scenic beach picnic or help organize thrilling onshore activities like hiking to a historic ruin, exploring the famous Baths, or taking a safari bus tour of Virgin Gorda. For a bit more adventure, consider renting scooters to explore the 11-mile-long island of Anegada, or take a day excursion to see the famous Conch Island and flamingos. You could even catch your own lobster with the locals! With so many activities to enjoy, you’ll create unforgettable memories without the need to squeeze everyone onto one yacht!

Designate a DDM (Designated Decision Maker) — someone who can make the final call in tricky situations. Usually it’s the primary guest, but also everyone needs to be aware that crew decisions will prioritize safety and the comfort of the majority of guests

The crew will discuss reservations (like Boaty Ball bookings) and anchoring opportunities for each bay, so you do not have to worry.

Perhaps one group is eager to hike, while the other is in the mood to relax at the beach or play cornhole at a beach bar.
