Meet our Crew
Captain Paulius was born in Lithuania and ever since his teens he was in love with the sea. He acquired his Physical Training degree as sailing coach in Lithuania and has been involved with the sea ever since. He has been participating as coach to dinghy teams, as a member of sailing races, and part of a team to famous offshore sailing regattas worldwide. For the last 5 years he has been sailing the Greek seas onboard crewed catamarans and introducing guests to the beauties of the Greek islands.
He joined ADEL for the season 2025 and is continuing to welcome guests onboard.
Stewardess Maria has an extensive experience in client relations and the hospitality industry. For the last 3 years she has been sailing as a Sailor / Stewardess onboard catamarans in Santorini, meticulously building her career in the yachting industry.
While onboard, it is evident that she feels at home on ADEL. So, as a host, she welcomes her guests with warmth and enthusiasm. For Maria nothing is too small or unimportant and together with the rest of the crew, she will go to great lengths for her guests, making sure that they will finally leave ADEL with unforgettable moments of their sailing vacations.
Chef Chris' first love was sports, but from early on , as he was trying different outlets for his creativity, he realised that that cooking was also a very creative occupation. So he chose to follow this path. He studied in a culinary school and practiced at the same time to restaurants, slowly climbing the ladder to reach the position of C' Chef in one of the most awarded restaurants in Greece - Spondi. The next step was to try a different road, that of the Chef on a sailing yacht, a position both creative and demanding.
