Chef George brings many years of experience in the yachting industry, combined with a diverse culinary background and expertise in Greek, Mediterranean, vegan, Sushi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, and Fusion cuisine. He also owns a restaurant in Athens, further reflecting his passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
Social, attentive, and highly detail-oriented, George is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest’s preferences. His cuisine combines fresh, high-quality ingredients with creativity and international influences, from authentic Greek and Mediterranean flavors to expertly prepared sushi, Asian specialties, and innovative fusion dishes.
With his extensive yachting experience, warm personality, and passion for cooking, George brings both professionalism and a welcoming energy on board, ensuring that dining aboard ALOIA 80 is one of the highlights of every charter.

Meet Rafailina, the Stewardess aboard Aloia 80, bringing a warm, professional, and highly guest-oriented approach to life onboard. With a strong background in luxury hospitality and hands-on maritime experience, she combines confidence at sea with a natural sense of care and attentiveness toward guests. Since 2022, she has gained practical yachting experience as a hostess and in supporting onboard operations, developing strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a solid understanding of smooth yacht service.Alongside her maritime experience, Rafailina has worked in team coordination and support roles, strengthening her communication skills and ability to remain calm, structured, and efficient in dynamic environments. Her experience coaching sailing at different levels further enhanced her patience, teamwork, and intuitive understanding of people’s needs.Known for her friendly personality, reliability, and calm presence, Rafailina creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they step onboard. On Aloia 80, she is dedicated to delivering discreet, attentive, and seamless service, ensuring guests feel comfortable, well cared for, and at ease throughout their stay. Her blend of professionalism, practical experience, and genuine hospitality makes her a trusted and valued member of the crew.

"I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for what was truly an unforgettable journey aboard the Aloia. The yacht itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort and relaxation. However, the real magic of our trip came from the exceptional crew who turned our voyage into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Captain Dimitris, Chef Stelios, Maryna, Foteini, and Konstantinos are, without a doubt, the finest crew we have ever had the pleasure of sailing with. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness to every detail made us feel not only cared for but genuinely welcomed.
Each member of the crew brought something unique to the experience:
• Captain Dimitris guided our journey with the perfect blend of expertise, flexibility, and thoughtful care. He worked closely with us each day to ensure our itinerary was tailored to our interests and tastes.
• Chef Stelios is a culinary gem. Every single meal he prepared was outstanding — better than any we experienced off the boat, which says a lot! His creations were thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
• Maryna and Foteini anticipated our every need with a quiet grace and constant kindness. They were truly a joy to be around and made us feel completely pampered.
• Konstantinos was ever-ready with the water toys and ensured everything on board ran smoothly. His energy and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed.
We’ve chartered yachts in the past, but we’ve never encountered a crew so harmonious, hardworking, and genuinely invested in our enjoyment. The Aloia was always spotless, the cocktails were creative and delicious, and the atmosphere on board was one of joy and ease.
