Always Smile

Captain Mustafa was born near Marmaris, on the Mediterranean coast. Starting his yachting career in 2001, he has been working on charter yachts ever since and knows this coastline like the back of his hand. He is an exceptional host, with his positive energy, good-nature and can do attitude he will help you to enjoy a wonderful time on board Always Smile. In his spare time our captain enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Mustafa speaks English and Turkish. Muhammet comes from the beautiful coastal town of Fethiye. He gained years of experience working as chef for top local restaurants and hotels before moving into the marine sector. He has worked on a top charter yacht since 2018 before making a slight diversion to a private motor yacht for a two year “break”. In 2025 he joined the Always Smile crew which is apt as he is always smiling…. Specializing in Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine he creates beautiful dishes with fresh local produce. Muhammet speaks Turkish. Sami was born in Köyceğiz, Muğla, in 1987. He began his professional career in the tourism and hospitality industry in 2018 and has since gained experience in Marmaris, Bodrum, and İstanbul across tourism, hotel management, bar service, and the maritime sector. Sami is known for his friendly personality, hardworking nature, and positive approach to guest service. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, nature walks, and playing football. He speaks Turkish and English and is always happy to assist guests in creating an enjoyable onboard experience. Deniz was born in 1999 in the coastal city of Mersin. After completing his university studies, he chose a career at sea over office life and qualified as a deckhand in 2024. He joined Always Smile as second steward in 2025. In his spare time, Deniz enjoys reading, watching movies, playing the piano, and listening to American pop and rock music. Deniz speaks both Turkish and English fluently. Berkay Sazaklı was born in Marmaris in 2006 and lives in the Gökova area of Ula. He began his maritime career in Göcek in 2022 and has since worked as a deckhand across Fethiye, Göcek, Marmaris, Bodrum, Didim, the Aegean and Ionian Seas, Corfu, and the Greek Islands. Berkay first started as a deck trainee while studying at Köyceğiz Maritime High School and later qualified as a certified deckhand after graduation. His hobbies include fitness, cycling, football, basketball, and fishing. Berkay speaks Turkish. Beytullah Duman was born in Ordu in 1997 and currently lives in the Ünye district of Ordu. He began his maritime career in 2026 after completing his professional training courses in Samsun. Before entering the yachting industry, Beytullah gained experience in tourism and foreign trade and also worked as an English teacher. In his free time, he enjoys walking, watching films, and spending time with loved ones. He has a high level of English and has beginner-level German.
