Tomi brings extensive experience across the yachting and charter industry, having worked in vessel operations, technical maintenance, crew coordination, and guest service. His broad understanding of yacht management and charter operations allows him to step seamlessly into different responsibilities while maintaining the high standards expected aboard Anima Maris.
His practical experience, calm leadership, and organised approach make him a trusted member of the wider crew.
Passionate about yachting and the maritime lifestyle, Tomislav is recognised for his dependable nature, clear communication, and commitment to delivering safe, professional, and enjoyable charter experiences.

After studying Marine Engineering at the Maritime School in Split and completing military service, Andrija began his maritime career as a deckhand. Over more than a decade in the industry, he has steadily progressed through onboard roles, gaining extensive practical experience. Since Anima Maris entered service, he has been an integral member of the crew, valued for his technical knowledge, dependability, and calm professionalism.
As First Mate, Andrija supports the Captain in navigation, safety procedures, and daily deck operations while coordinating closely with the crew. His attention to detail and hands-on approach help ensure the yacht operates efficiently and safely throughout every voyage
Analytical and thoughtful by nature, Andrija enjoys chess, Formula One, and spending time with his nephews. His composed character and strong work ethic make him a reassuring presence for both guests and crew.

Aboard Anima Maris since her launch, Ivan remains a valued team member. He holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality in Kotor, Montenegro. With more than 15 years of hospitality experience, including roles in Montenegro and fine dining establishments across Europe and Afghanistan, he brings a refined service style to every charter.
As Chief Steward, Ivan manages all interior hospitality, from guest service and table presentation to the day-to-day coordination of onboard operations. His eye for detail and welcoming approach ensure guests enjoy attentive, discreet, and personalised service throughout their stay.
Outside of work, Ivan enjoys football, hiking, cycling, and spending time with his family. As a proud father, he brings warmth, positivity, and genuine care to the atmosphere on board.

Chef Andrej Hrelić trained as a professional cook and has developed his career in restaurants, hotels, and yacht galleys across Croatia and Austria. His experience in both hospitality and charter yachting has shaped a practical, organised approach to the kitchen, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency.
As Chef, Andrej is responsible for creating fresh daily menus, managing the galley, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. His well-organised approach and passion for quality ingredients help deliver memorable dining experiences throughout every charter.
Curious and motivated, Andrej is always exploring new culinary techniques and flavours. His enthusiasm for cooking, combined with his positive attitude and dedication, brings creativity and energy to every meal served on board.

Originally trained in healthcare, Ramona Hrelić discovered her passion for hospitality before making the move into yachting. After graduating from the School of Health Sciences in Zagreb, she gained valuable onboard experience as a housekeeper and later as a cruise manager, developing a strong understanding of guest service from every perspective. Today, as Sous Chef aboard Anima Maris, she combines organisation, adaptability, and a genuine love of cooking to support the galley team.
Working alongside the Chef, Ramona assists with daily meal preparation, galley organisation, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Her structured approach and natural attention to detail help create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Outside the kitchen, Ramona enjoys running and experimenting with new recipes, bringing the same enthusiasm and creativity to her personal life as she does to her work on board.

Young and dedicated, Viktorija Vučić brings valuable experience from the luxury yachting industry, where she has spent the past two years refining her skills in guest service, organisation, and interior operations. Working in an international charter environment has strengthened her ability to multitask, anticipate guest needs, and maintain exceptional service standards with confidence and professionalism.
Known for her reliability and positive attitude, Viktorija approaches every task with care, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment they step aboard

Sara Pečić joins Anima Maris with a strong background in hospitality and tourism. A graduate of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management in Omiš, she has gained experience in both yacht service and guest accommodation, building a well-rounded understanding of luxury hospitality and attentive customer care.
As Third Stewardess, Sara  is also in charge of the Laundry department, taking care of the finest details of guest care, supporting the interior team in delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality. Her friendly personality, reliability, and attention to detail help create a relaxed and welcoming environment throughout each voyage.
Away from work, Sara enjoys running, watching films and series, and spending time with friends. Her warm character and enthusiasm make her a valued member of the crew.

Currently studying tourism, Branko Čuljak combines his academic background with practical experience gained aboard charter vessels. Having worked in both maritime and guest-facing roles, he has developed strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills, along with a good understanding of the expectations of modern yacht charter guests.
Branko enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values collaboration, professionalism, and creating positive experiences for guests. His motivation and approachable personality bring energy to every charter.

At 23, Roko Pavić already brings three years of practical experience at sea. His time on the water has helped him develop a strong understanding of deck operations, teamwork, and the demands of life aboard a yacht. Energetic, hands-on, and eager to learn, he brings a practical approach and a positive attitude to the crew.

His interest in mechanics and engines is a valuable addition to his practical skills, while his reliable and team-oriented nature allows him to adapt quickly to the changing needs of life on board.

Away from the yacht, Roko is passionate about training and sport, motors and mechanics, and hiking. He is also an accomplished chess player, reflecting the focus, patience, and strategic thinking that he brings to his work.
