Sail and Work Experience
Théo is an experienced sailing yacht captain with a background spanning private and charter yachts, yacht deliveries, catamarans and superyachts. Most recently, he served as rotational Captain aboard the 67ft catamaran SEMPER FIDELIS in the Caribbean, following a delivery captain role aboard a GARCIA 52 between the South of France and Tunis. He previously spent over two years as Captain aboard ROBERTSON & CAINE 4500/4600 catamarans with The Moorings in the British Virgin Islands. His earlier captain positions include JEP, JOY, ALCADIA and VELABONDA, as well as LAGOON and FOUNTAINE PAJOT catamarans with Navigare Yachting. He has also completed an Atlantic delivery aboard NIHAYET and gained superyacht experience as a deckhand aboard the 230ft M/Y ST. NICOLAS and 107ft M/Y GEMS. His experience includes technical and exterior maintenance, passage planning, watchkeeping, crew management, guest service, tender driving and sailing instruction.
Job Description
Théo is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the yacht, including navigation, passage planning, weather monitoring and the management of crew and guests. He oversees onboard safety procedures, technical and exterior maintenance, vessel administration and day-to-day operations. He leads and coordinates the crew, ensuring duties are completed safely and effectively, while adapting itineraries and activities to weather conditions and guest preferences. He is also responsible for providing a professional and enjoyable guest experience, including watersports and ocean-based activities.

Sail and Work Experience
Mirko’s lifelong connection to sailing began with his childhood spent on a boat, cruising extensively around the Mediterranean. Growing up with a father who was both a technician and skipper provided him with invaluable exposure to the maritime world and accelerated his learning curve. Combining his passions for sailing and culinary arts, Mike transitioned from working as a chef on land to taking on roles as a deckhand and onboard chef. He has worked on notable vessels such as S/Y ALULA SWAN 60, S/Y GERBOAM SWAN 45, and S/Y J105, gaining diverse experience in sailing and hospitality. Beyond his professional life, Mike enjoys music, photography, and traveling.
Job Description
In his role as Chef, Mirko prepares meals for guests and crew, catering to dietary needs and incorporating regional ingredients to enhance the charter experience. He also ensures the interior remains clean and serviceable throughout the journey.

Célia is an enthusiastic stewardess with practical experience aboard yachts in the Mediterranean,combining strong hospitality skills with hands-on deck experience. She has gained onboard experience aboard SYLENE (LAGOON 77), assisting with seasonal yacht preparation, guest service, cabin preparation, provisioning, and mooring operations. She also sailed aboard PYCHOLINE (12m sailing yacht), supporting navigation, anchoring, mooring, and provisioning, and aboard GHIBLI II (GUY COUACH 7M), where she developed practical seamanship skills during her CMP training, including docking, mooring, and navigation assistance. Prior to entering yachting, Célia built over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and customer relations, alongside hospitality roles as a restaurant owner and waitress, giving her an excellent foundation in guest service, organisation, and discretion.
Job Description
Célia is responsible for delivering a high standard of guest service while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the yacht's interior. Her duties include housekeeping, cabin preparation, laundry, table service, bar management, provisioning, and assisting with guest requests. She also supports the deck team during mooring, anchoring, and docking operations, helping ensure the safe and efficient operation of the yacht while providing an exceptional onboard experience.
