Marios was born in Chios Island and raised in Piraeus. Chef Marios graduated the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and has spent many years as chef on board several luxury mega yachts. He was also a Culinary Arts instructor at recognizable culinary schools of Athens. His culinary expertise is evident from the numerous awards he has won in Chef's Competitions held at the Nafplion and Poros Yacht Shows, as well as other global events, with more than 7 wins to his name! Marios has been inspired by the greatest masters of his life, the Greek and Italian housewives that he has met in villages during his trips. He specializes in a wide range of cuisines, including Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, Spanish, French, and of course, Greek cuisine. He speaks fluent English and loves photography in nature during his free time.
