WOW, WOW, WOW!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for your hospitality, kindness, above the bar service.  You all, Capt Sean, Chef Bianca and the fabulous Brandon provided our family and friends.  I laughed and played and connected in ways I didn't possible with pre teen and teenage boys.  You helped make trying new things and being adventurous so easy.  Thank you for saving David and I when we floated out to sea on paddle boards.  Thankyou for teaching the boys how to efoil, and the joy of baking bread.  We will be back next year with this crew specifically.  Love Stephanie.

I can't imagine a better way to celebrate a birthday.  Your incredible hospitality made it truly special. From teaching William, Jon and "the Beckster" how to efoil, to Brandon's always attentive focus on the next cocktail.  It was amazing. We are already to book a return trip today aboard the Paloma! I'm so grateful to have found myself aboard the magical Paloma, and to have this incredible experience by all three of you.  The attention to detail, anticipation of any needs, and warmth you all display are what makes this an unforgettable experience.  Your thoughtfulness extended to every member of our group, especially Waya!  Sailing through the shimming waters of the BVI's it was clear you don't just run a yacht. you create a home on water. Sean, Bianca and Brendan, 

The week we have had with you. has been so special.  Timed with some of our best friends, surrounded by the gorgeous BVI's and your thoughtful and always timely support made this trip. 

The food, drinks, visits to the various islands were always 10 out of 10.  Lounging on the top deck with our kids as a family, uninterruptedly - we will cherish those memories.  We are grateful for this time which has been made valuable by everyone on this trip.

Sean (AKA cheesewheel) We will never forget your huge laugh, your willlingness to answer any question, and all the fun conversations. You are one heck of a captain.

Brandon (AKA strong cheese) Always one step ahead and eager to help at every turn, you made this trip absolutely perfect.  Your kindness and professionalism made this trip unforgettable.

Bianca - your passion shows through with every meal.  Every meal was delicious, and your willingness to be flexible with our needs throughout the trip made our experience wonderful and effortless.

What a gift this trip has been to our family and we owe that to you three (not to mention Sean and Brandon's willingness to be called different variations of cheese). 15-20 March 2026

I hope you are ready to drag us off this boat?  We pinched ourselves for 5 days straight.  The BVI's sure put on a show, and we made the most special family and friends memories!  Our last night was magic as we watched the kids off the stern playing with all the  toys with the backdrop of the islands,and the smell of fresh warm bread coming from the oven.  We can't wait to do it all again!  xxx Nicolette, Miles, Henry, Murray and Caroline.

Paloma Crew, 

Thank you so much for the wonderful week together!  We have been SO ecstatic and appreciative of the incredible sails, cocktails and Chef B's FOOD!!  You all have been such a FUN, KIND & HELPFUL crew!!  It simply would not have been the same without you.  We accomplished our Bucket List of so many turtles, rays, octopus, and a STARFISH!!  Everything was absolutely incredible!  Oh, and we are buying an efoil. We will also love telling the future addition to our fam all about his first trip to the sea!!  We hope to see you Now Now!!!  Next time we will check our passports prior to our arrival!  see you in Tulsa!

We cannot express how incredible this charter has been!  The hospitality, service, and food was beyond any expectations!  Not only did you go above and beyond, accommodating a crazy group who brought so many young kids makes your talent stand out above any experience we will likely ever experience again!  

Brandon, your cocktails and eagerness to serve was something beyond 5 stars!  

Capt. Sean, your skills with all things with motors ws, of course, expert-level.  But, beyond that, your conversation, wit, and talent with water toys brought more joy than you can imagine.

Bianca, OH MY GOD!  Your baking and cooking skills will appear in my dreams forever!  I know we will be speaking of the Michelin-level meals you provided for years to come.

Last, we must compliment how effortlessly your team works together.  Your thoughtful communication amongst one another to ensure each of us never wanted for anything did not go unnoticed! Thank you  for giving us unforgettable memories and the trip of a lifetime!  o-x-o-x

Dear Paloma Dream Team!  Sean, Bianca and Brandon the experience on the Paloma has been amazing and honestly because of you three!  You are all so fun, and hilarious.  Also, always one step ahead of what we really needed (or what we didn't need aka painkillers) LOL

The service was next levelk the food was unreal, and the overall experience was magical. 

Brandon, you are an absolute firework.  Don't forget that!

More New Year guest comments for 2026

Where to begin?  Of course, this boat is utterly gorgeous and the British V.Islands are in a league apart, but this crew is who make this past week truly the best vacation of our lives.  For absolutely every moment of the entire week Capt. Sean, Chef Bianca and Deck/Stew Brandon provided stellar 5 to 5+ star service for a packed group of 11 guests, including 5 children.  If their patience ever frayed, if they over fielded too many requests, if they ever felt frustration about maintaining the boat while preventing kids from pressing random buttons, or if they ever grew sick of endless and unrequited dad jokes - they never once let us show!

If there is a standard to set - they hit the bar.  Captain Sean is an exemplar of confident professionalism. Bianca could open a Michelin star restaurant (seriously) anytime she chooses, and Brandon has an amazing ability to turn out refined cocktails within seconds of stowing an anchor or wiping tiny fingerprints off of glass for the fifth time in an hour.

Sean / Bianca / Brandon if any of you find yourselves in New Orleans at any point in the future, next week or decades from now, please do not hesitate to reach out.We would welcome the chance to return a portion of the hospitality you showed us.

Grenadines 28 July - 3 August 2025

What a fun, relaxing family vacation in the beautiful Grenadines.  We can't say enough about the crew or the boat.  'what started out disastrous became a blessing in disguise.  We land in Miami after a delayed flight to find an email from the broker to say our boat that we had booked had engine failure and we weren't going to be able to take it out.  The replacement was Paloma.   The crew went out of their way to take care of every detail they could to make up for this shocking news we got.....no one likes change, but we totally lucked up!!  From the kindness to grab our bags early while we explore Bequia to the calming nature they bestowed upon us as we boarded Paloma, we couldn't have asked for anything better.  My boys, 6 & 7, are wide open all day, everyday and the crew supported their energy and excitement.  If you are a mom you know how important this is both for our sanity, and our own fun and relaxation..  My boys enjoyed many moments of explanation of sailing, catching fish, tubing, efoils, and of course eating! 

 "Chef B " named by my kiddos kept us fed so well.  She secretly prepared to many favourites, but always with a unique twist - inspiring me to be a better cook!  I was always amazed at how every dish had so much made from scratch - homemade croutons, homemade bread, homemade whipped cream and the list goes on!  I can't really pick a favourite but the butter poached lobster with linguine and vodka sauce was certainly at the top.  Chef B always accommodated my picky kids requests and Brandon obliged to their many Shirley Temples and Strawberry Daquiris.

Brandon also kept us hydrated, kept us hydrated, kept the cocktails flowing while also assisting with anything and everything that he could.  Hospitality runs deep in him - that's obvious.

Captain Sean is such a fun person who wants to make sure we are always enjoying ourselves.  You can tell he knows so much about boats, hospitality and cares about his people.  Captain treats the boat as if it was his own, never complains about dragging the same floats out for the 19th time or never gets bothered by our 900 questions!  

We truly lucked up in getting the opportunity to stay on Paloma for a whole week - all the toys, all the dishes, all the accommodations - like nice towels, chargers, soaps, comfy seating - you name it!  The boat was incredibly well thought out and the crew couldn't have been better.  We wish we could take Sean,Bianca and Brandon back to North Carolina!  We welcome you to visit us so we can return the hospitality.  Much love, Brooke, Drew, Jax and Xander.

What a trip aboard Paloma in the Grenadines to Grenada.  We sailed, we played, we ate great food, we drank, we laughed and had the best time.  The toys on board were so much fun and we all enjoyed the sailing and beautiful scenery. 

The crew, Captain Sean, Chef Bianca and Steward Brandon were amazing.  They made sure our every need or want was taken care of.  We watched beautiful sunrises each morning and sunsets at night.  Captain Sean was always willing to talk and share his love of sailing and was so good with out two grandsons.  He let them fish anytime they could, took them tubing and snorkeling and just made each day fun. 

Chef Bianca was also his first mate and made delicious food, snacks and desserts. Always keeping us fed, and she helped with all the anchoring and docking as well.  

Deckhand and Steward Brandon was always available to fill our water,  make coffee and wonderful drinks.  We were never without anything that we wanted.

Captain Sean could make amazing coffee and drinks as well and was always right there to help with everything.  Setting the table,or anything it took to make our trip perfect.

Paloma is an amazing catamaran with room for 6-8 people to have a lot of space to enjoy themselves.  There could even be 10 with the bunkroom.  Our master suite was so comfortable for us to have room to enjoy our trip.  Spending this time with our grandsons Xander  (7) and Jax (6) was just so wonderful.  

The islands were beautiful and we had so much fun!  We hate to leave, and the boys want to take them home with us!

Thank you Paloma and crew for an amazing week sailing the Grenadines from St Vincent to Grenada.  You stepped in when our other boat had mechanical issues at the last minute amnd it was so perfect.  Cindy & Randy
