Guest Testimonials
May 2025
I’d like to send my praise for Jay Jay and Josiah; they were both outstanding. Our days aboard the boat counted as one of the best holidays I’ve taken, and both played a huge part in that. It was beyond wonderful to not have to think or make one decision for over 5 days, a true treat. Jay Jay piloted the boat calmly and skillfully, and Josiah: his meals were heavenly. We all reverted back to childhood and waited like children to be served his delicious meals, and we were so grateful for the opportunity to do so for that small space in our lives.
I know that I will recall those perfect days on the water: swimming, snorkeling, bare feet, and being exclusively outdoors. I will dream of my next trip.

We had a fabulous week on Perpetual Blue. We enjoyed the sun, snorkeling, and the scenery. Captain JJ was expert at charting our course through the islands. We felt safe and were incredibly well cared for throughout the trip. Chef Josiah produced five star meals. Each meal was its own version of exquisite. I highly recommend Perpetual Blue if you are considering a charter in the beautiful Virgin Islands. Both you and Josiah were hard working, friendly and a delight to be with.
Thank you for taking such good care of us! 💕

We had the MOST AMAZING time ever on our charter!! Dylan and Ameda were more than we could have ever hoped for!! My sister-in-law and I were crying as we said goodbye because they had become family to all of us. We both continue to talk to them since we have returned home also! The islands we went to were unbelievable and all the amazing adventures we did were amazing! They made Christmas for our kids (and us) one of the best!! We experienced some mechanical issues with the boat and Dylan and Ameda handled it so well. We had to spend the night on the dock one of the nights so a mechanic could work on the boat. Dylan had all of that arranged and worked around it to make plans for us on the island we were on.
We have shared our experience with so many of our family and friends and have recommended Charter Smarter to all! Thank you for providing an easy booking, great communication through the planning process, and overall amazing vacation!! We all are ready to come back and we want Dylan and Ameda again!! 😊
