Captain Ethan LundyGrowing up in South Africa, Captain Ethan began sailing where the powerful South Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet at the Cape of Good Hope. He started his career at sea on superyachts in the Mediterranean before moving into sailing in the Caribbean and Bahamas on large catamarans.Ethan enjoys a wide range of activities on the water, including leading dives as a Divemaster, freediving, and fishing. He enjoys crafting cocktails for every occasion, using fresh ingredients to ensure each drink pairs perfectly with the surrounding gorgeous beaches and clear blue water.His passion for the sea, excellent service, and creating memorable experiences has led him to running unforgettable all-inclusive charters in the Bahamas, a place he has fallen in love with. Whether it’s planning the tides to explore beautiful sandbars, identifying exotic fish on a snorkel, or turning the engines off on a sunset sail, Ethan will always go the extra mile to deliver the best experience possible.Chef Daniella SmithDaniella is a talented first mate and chef who brings a warm, guest-focused energy to every charter. With experience aboard 60ft catamarans, she confidently caters for groups of all sizes, creating beautifully presented meals tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs.Originally from South Africa, Daniella holds a Master’s degree in Women and Children’s Health from King’s College London, alongside a strong foundation in nutrition.
