Shangra is a beautiful 26 meters navetta with a classic and elegant design. Access from the main deck goes through a beautiful outdoor dining area, and then continues into the main salon with a lounge area including sofas and a TV and, further, a separate indoor dining area. The kitchen is really wide for a yacht of her size and allows the crew to prepare elaborate culinary creations and to perfectly manage the refreshments service. The lower deck houses the sleeping area divided into: a master cabin with a large double bathroom; a VIP suite with private bathroom; one double cabin with separate beds, all cabins are equipped with ensuite facilities. The most enjoyable outdoor area of
the yacht is definitely the sundeck, equipped with solariums, an additional outdoor dining option for 12 and a kitchenette with wetbar and grill. Thanks to high quality Naiad stabilizers, Shangra guarantees a quiet and pleasant cruising.

An expert crew is available on board to provide an unparalleled service
Captain: Fabio Alessandrini, Italian, 53 y.o.
Fabio's adventure begins at the age of twenty, when he embarked for the first time as a skipper on board a private yacht, an experience that makes him discover how his great passion, the sea, could really become a career. After a period spent as a Base Manager of a charter company, Fabio soon got back at sea as a Captain aboard several private and charter yachts, exploring much of the Mediterranean and beyond.
Divemaster for pleasure, his knowledge of the sea is comparable only to that of gastronomy, another of his great talents, that he decided to cultivate by opening an Italian restaurant in Brazil. Fabio loves cooking for guests aboard using a variety of ingredients to create a varied menu with cooking techniques learnt from different locations around the world.
Determined, precise and professional, Fabio masters great mechanical and hydraulic skills and keeping the yacht in perfect condition is among his priorities as Captain. Strongly appreciated by the crews, he always manages to provide a warm still discreet service, adapting to the needs of individual guests on board.
Italian mother-tongue, he speaks fluently English and Portuguese and a basic Spanish.
Deckhand: Emiliano Cipriani, Italian, 44 y.o.
Emiliano is a very expert and dynamic deckhand who loves traveling and life in the open air.
He joined the maritime industry in 2006, when he got a job at Dufour Sailing yard: he was in charge of yacht delivery. Then, in 2009, he was hired as a captain of a small sailing yacht and took care of every aspect of the yacht management, including maintenance.
From 2014 to 2017 Emiliano was embarked as a first mate on a larger vessel and in 2019 he joined Shangra’s crew.
Fond of sport and very active, Emiliano is a great team member and extremely guest-oriented.
Italian mother tongue, he speaks English and a basic French.
Stewardess/Chef: Surat Kaewkanchan, 42 y.o.
Surat is a dedicated and professional crew member with extensive experience in the Yachting Industry of 10 years.
Surat is native to Thailand, where she studied Science of Agriculture and attended the Thai & International Food Academy.
She approached to Nautical field in 2014, starting working as Chef/Stewardess aboard yachts where she honed her skills in customer service, management, and teamwork.
Specialized in Thai cuisine, Italian and European cuisine, Surat really loves her job and her positive and professional attitude is an extra value for the whole team.
Surat is a sporty person, she loves the outdoors, sea, nature, hiking and anything to do with fitness, staying healthy.
Thai mothertongue, she fluently speaks English and Italian.

You cared and it showed! We can also say you’re a master at your job and felt very comfortable at what you do which made us feel at ease and more relaxed because we knew we were in good hands! Equally, thank you for always being open to answering our questions and sharing your knowledge when it comes to the specifics of life on a boat!
Surat, thank you for being so kind and attentive to our kids, you love children and it shows! Besides being a good chief stewardess, you can also add “an on-board nanny” to your resume easily! (and a thai masseuse 😊 – from Dad 😊).

We had a fabulous time cruising the beautiful waters of Sardinia and Corsica.
We were so well looked after by all the Crew, nver wanting or needing for anything more.
We enjoyed all our meals and the chocolate padding for breakfast was delicious!
