Having served aboard prestigious superyachts including M/Y Scorpion, St David, and Rhapsody, Miloš combines world-class cuisine with impeccable presentation and service. His expertise spans menu development, provisioning, and leading galley operations in high-pressure environments. With 33 years of experience in the yachting industry, out of which nine years as a captain of Private and Charter yachts, Zdravko is a multi-tasks and an extremely accomplished navigator. He started his career working for a charter company in Croatia, then as a sailor and Master of a patrol ship in the Maritime Police, followed by a refit surveyor’s position in a shipyard and finally as an instructor in a maritime training centre before taking the helm of a 20m yacht in 2013. Zdravko is a perfectionist with strong leadership skills, making sure that the organisation and maintenance of the yacht meets the highest standards. With a sharp eye on details, punctuality and a full recommendations’ booklet, Zdravko will make sure your stay onboard is always safe and enjoyable. Languages: English and Croatian Karlo is a sporty type of person with a deep passion for the yachting industry. Yachtmaster with 10 years of experience on gulets and yachts. Karlo is a leader with strong leadership skills, ensuring that the yacht crew organization meets the highest standards in all duties on deck, including anchoring, mooring and watchkeeping. Furthermore, Karlo has been playing competitive water polo since childhood, and his skills are very valuable when assisting guests on charter Born and raised in the coastal city of Split, Maja developed a deep connection to the sea and a natural passion for hospitality from an early age. After completing her education in tourism, she further specialized in nautical studies, seamlessly combining her love for service with life at sea. With experience on both sailing and motor yachts, she is known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere on board. Kim is a young but ambitious, positive and hardworking service-oriented hospitality professional with experience in luxury guest services, front desk work and event coordination, utilizing and delivering an exceptional level of service gained through her previous work allowing her to adapt and improve with all guest requirements. She has a strong understanding of the importance of punctuality, reliability and teamwork. Billy is a very easygoing person who loves adventure. Born and raised in Australia and has had a passion for traveling with the skills of working in hospitality for over 3 years. Billy moved to Berlin to follow his dreams of football although while playing football the passion for the sea took over and he is ready to work hard and do the best possible for the guests and his colleagues. He’s a kind, passionate person who takes care of the things he does and the people he meets. Billy is also a strong advocate for men’s mental health and has delivered speeches for life in Australia while also working with a foundation called top blokes working with young people. He’s a hard worker but also loves spending time with friends and family.
