Captain Neil Anderson brings more than 20 years of experience leading yachts worldwide, shaped by a lifelong connection to Fiji and the ocean that surrounds it. Growing up in the islands gave him an instinctive understanding of local waters, conditions, and culture – an influence felt in both his leadership style and the journeys he designs. Holding an MCA Master of Yachts 3000 GT and qualified as a PADI Divemaster, Neil leads surf, dive, fishing, and expedition-style charters through Fiji’s diverse cruising grounds. Calm and assured, he combines precise planning with an adventurous spirit, giving guests the confidence to fully lean into the experience.

Robert isn’t just our First Mate; he is a born adventurer and your expert fishing guide, with unmatched knowledge of Fiji’s waters. Growing up around boats cultivated a natural love for the ocean and a strong drive for exploration.

Raised in Fiji and now raising his own family here, Robert has built his life around these islands, giving him a deep, personal connection to this vibrant place. As a qualified Dive Master, Robert is always in his element when spearfishing or diving in the local waters. Robert leverages this lifelong affinity for the sea to ensure guests experience the very best of Fiji, from the thrill of world-class fishing to the simple warmth of the community

Shaped by life in Fiji, where the ocean and a strong sense of community are part of his everyday life, Aaron was drawn to a career at sea. His interest in engineering and hands-on problem-solving naturally led him into the yachting industry, where he thrives on mechanical projects and maintaining the yacht’s intricate systems. When not focused on technical tasks, Aaron enjoys fishing and staying connected to the rhythm of island life. Grounded in Fijian culture, he brings a calm, reliable presence onboard.

Danny Round delivers Michelin-star quality dining in the world’s most adventurous cruising environments. A seasoned sailor and kite surfer who regularly journeys to Fiji on his own vessel, his culinary philosophy is informed by a life spent on the water. Having honed his skills at the esteemed Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago and through specialized training in traditional Japanese sushi in Tokyo, Danny curates fresh, flavour-driven menus for any occasion. His calm, adaptable nature makes him the ideal culinary professional for adventure-led luxury charters.

Meg’s identity is defined by the ocean and her 15-year history in Fiji. Originally from New Zealand, she is now based in the islands, where she lives with her family and explores the reefs as an avid diver. This deep connection allows her to share Fiji’s hidden treasures and authentic “Bula” spirit with guests. With two years in yachting, Meg translates her extensive travel into thoughtfully curated guest experiences, delivering exceptional service with an authentic, refined personal touch. Ultimately, Meg ensures every guest feels comfortable and truly at home onboard, creating unexpected moments and memories that linger long after the journey ends.
