Captain Diogo
Calm, experienced, and deeply connected to the sea, Captain Diogo is a Portuguese mariner with over 20 years of yachting experience and more than 40,000 nautical miles sailed across the Mediterranean and Atlantic. As an MCA Master 200GT, he combines strong technical expertise with a thoughtful and reassuring leadership style.
Diogo is known for designing smooth and inspiring itineraries that balance exploration, relaxation, and safety. Guests appreciate his steady presence at the helm and his talent for creating a welcoming, stress-free atmosphere on board. Whether planning a scenic anchorage, leading a dive, or simply sharing a story at sunset, Diogo’s quiet confidence and passion for the ocean set the tone for every journey aboard VIVI.
Chef & First Mate Constança
Creative, energetic, and endlessly resourceful, Constança is both VIVI’s Chef and First Mate — a rare blend of seamanship and hospitality. With more than 10,000 nautical miles under sail, she is an accomplished sailor who plays an active role in navigation and deck operations.
Her culinary inspiration comes from her background in marketing within the Blue Economy, where she developed a deep appreciation for sustainability and local ingredients. Constança crafts vibrant Mediterranean-inspired menus layered with global influences, always tailored to guests’ tastes and preferences. From fresh seafood and colorful salads to elegant plated dinners under the stars, her cooking reflects both artistry and heart.
Warm and attentive, Constança ensures that each guest feels personally cared for, turning every meal — and every moment — into something memorable.

We had the privilege to enjoy a week of adventure, excitement, beauty, laughter and lots of smiles. All because of the amazing crew of ViVi.
The professionalism and expertise of Diogo always provided us a sense of security. He is at the top of his game always! Our lovely Constança prepared amazing meals with such cheer + positivity. She also has the best singing voice in the islands. Angella was a constant ray of sunshine and somehow always anticipated our every need. James + I are so grateful to host our friends + family on a trip of a lifetime. We are excited to see this crew (who are family now) again soon.

From the moment we stepped onboard you exceeded every single expectation we had. The attention to detail from the very beginning to our very last moment was unmatched.

What a gift it was to spend a few days in Paradise with my wonderful crew - Diego, Connie, and Angela made every moment simply delightful and memorable.
I must confess that five nights on a boat gave me a little concern - how would we manage in tight quarters with lots of activity needed to keep our "crew" occupied. Somehow it hit the perfect mix of activity and relaxation and the trip turned out better than I could have hoped.
The low key, behind the scenes work the crew did to make it all look effortless was fabulous. We were so well cared for and loved every moment on this gorgeous boat.
Connie - your warmth and enthusiasm shone through every day and your cooking was excellent. How you prepared those elaborate meals in that tiny kitchen was astounding.
Angela - you greeted us each morning with your beautiful smile and anticipated every need. Thank you for making these few days so relaxing and taking such wonderful care of us.
Diego - We were clearly in expert hands with you as our captain and your tireless willingness to take the lead on the dinghy for tubing, wakeboarding and waterskiing kept everyone entertained and elated.

From the moment we stepped aboard we knew that we were in good hands! The entire crew delivered an experience that was not just seamless and professional, but genuinely warm, thoughtful and memorable.
Every detail was anticipated before we even had to ask, from perfectly planned anchorages and smooth sailing days to incredible meals that felt both elevated and fun – the best food in the BVI!
The boat itself was immaculate, but truly what made this family trip extraordinary was the crew!
The crew struck the perfect balance of ease and attentiveness. They were extremely patient with the kids and the adults. A luxurious and relaxed vacation – a true family vacation. Whether it was sharing local knowledge, water sporting, adjusting plans (especially last minute cancelled travel!), they did it all with grace and joy!
It is rare to find a team that works so well together while making the guest feel like family – but that is exactly what happened on this trip.
We laughed, we relaxed, we partied, and made cherished memories! We are so grateful we chose Vivi.

A Thanksgiving Week to Remember Aboard VIVI
To our fabulous crew and now friends
What a memorable Thanksgiving week aboard VIVI! From start to finish, the crew was friendly, attentive, and always eager to accommodate every request. They took exceptional care of the boat (and us) – everything was kept spotless – and it was clear throughout the trip that they truly aimed to please.
This crew was a joy to be around and made the entire week feel effortless and fun. Capt. Diego did an exceptional job of planning our itinerary – taking us to our favorite places and also working so hard to let us try new beautiful beaches where we loved to swim, snorkel and explore.
A highlight of the trip was our unexpected catch while fishing the South Drop near Peter Island – a huge Wahoo! Chef C. outdid herself preparing the fish beautifully for lunch the very same day! It was an unforgettable treat and made the moment even more special!
