His refined technique, creative flair, and calm leadership have earned him recognition aboard private and charter yachts up to 45 meters, as well as in elite resorts and boutique restaurants. Christos has served as Private or Seasonal Chef on renowned yachts such as M/Y Bolaro, M/Y Obsession, M/Y Bella Stella, and M/Y MY TOY, consistently delivering elegant and tailored gastronomic experiences for high-end guests. His versatile cuisine ranges from Mediterranean classics to contemporary fusion, with a deep understanding of dietary preferences and nutritional cuisine from his early career at Secret Diet. In parallel with his culinary practice, he has also served as a culinary instructor in state and private hospitality institutes, training the next generation of chefs. His educational background includes postgraduate specialization in Culinary Arts and molecular gastronomy seminars, along with STCW certifications for yacht service.

Apostolos is an experienced and dependable Bosun with a solid yachting career spanning over 18 years aboard both private and charter motor yachts. With deep hands-on expertise in deck operations, water toy handling, and guest support, Apostolos ensures a smooth, safe, and enjoyable onboard experience for all. He has served on prestigious yachts including M/Y Oktana, M/Y Lena, M/Y Aurora, and M/Y ELYSIUM, and is currently part of the crew on VYNO. His calm demeanor and professional approach make him a trusted figure on board, highly appreciated by both guests and crew.
