Holding a 200 GT Certificate of Competency (AEC – Transport Malta), he brings a calm, decisive leadership style combined with a hands-on technical approach. Wojciech has a proven track record operating both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, consistently delivering safe operations and a high standard of guest experience.

Specialising in complex refits and yacht upgrades, Wojciech has successfully managed full interior rebuilds, repowers, and the integration of modern lithium battery, solar, and energy-management systems. He is particularly strong in planning and executing shipyard periods, overseeing subcontractors, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring vessels are returned to service efficiently and to a high standard. His technical competence is matched by strong crew management skills, fostering professional, motivated teams even in demanding or remote environments.

Comfortable working under pressure, Wojciech excels in dynamic operational settings including long-range deliveries, seasonal relocations, and the creation of new charter bases. His background includes extensive cruising with owners and families, as well as successful charter operations with small crews. Known for reliability, discretion, and problem-solving, he is a safety-focused Captain with Rescue Diver (PADI) and Water Sports Instructor qualifications, and holds EU, B1/B2, and C1/D visas.

Chef Mladen Dragojlović is an educated, talented and highly motivated yacht chef with positive approach and the ability to work in a busy environment. He is passionate about food, enjoys preparing both modern and traditional dishes using the ingredients strictly from the local markets. Chef Mladen combines effective communication skills with years of professional cooking experience and kitchen management. Born and raised in the north part of Croatian town of Požega, chef Mladen will present the best of the Croatia culinary experience, combining the ingredients from all. part of this Mediterranean country.

Top three dishes by chef Mladen are: Sea bass fillet w. sweet puree roasted cherry tomatoes and sauteed asparagus, Adriatic octopus roasted root vegetables in white wine and Mediterranean herbs & drained yoghurt cheesecake, berries , coulis and fresh mint.

Stewardess: Anna Niedzwiedź

Anna is an experienced and energetic stewardess with a background in luxury hospitality and guest service. With a career that spans high-end resorts, private yachts, and customer-focused sales, she brings a polished, professional approach to onboard service and client care.

Her previous experience as a hostess and bartender on charter yachts in Croatia, combined with years in luxury automotive and resort environments, has given her a deep understanding of guest expectations and attention to detail. Anna is known for her warm personality, ability to anticipate guest needs, and commitment to creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere onboard XMOTION.

She thrives in dynamic environments, easily adapts to new challenges, and takes pride in her organizational and interpersonal skills. Always positive and service-driven, Anna ensures guests enjoy both comfort and exceptional experiences while on board.

Deckhand: Matthew Bos

Matt is the Mate on board and originally hails from South Africa. He grew up in a close-knit, supportive family with a deep love for the ocean and an active lifestyle. From a young age, he was passionate about sports—rugby was his main game growing up, and he’s a devoted football fan, proudly supporting Newcastle United.

Working on the water was a natural path for him. He has always felt at home at sea and has worked hard over the years to build his career and gain experience on various vessels. In his free time, he enjoys water sports such as surfing, wakeboarding, diving, and fishing.

On board, Matt brings a steady hand, a strong work ethic, and a great sense of teamwork. He’s dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel and providing a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone on the water.
